In the article, factors of hi-tech competitiveness of national economy are considered on the basis of analysis in the contemporary crises and post-crisis period of the industrial innovation which calls globalization.

In article are considered the questions of development of technologies and innovations in Kazakhstan. The special attention is given to measures for improvement of innovative policy, strengthening of innovative orientations of a science, commercialization of technologies, development of innovations in sector of small and medium business, integration into global technological space.

In given article the author addresses to theoretical and practical problems of system of the taxation in the conditions of modern economy. The structure of the state budget of Kazakhstan is analysed.

In the article, there is consideration of experience of the CIS countries, especially of Russian Federation on innovation economy. Comparative analyze helps to use it in Kazakhstan’s conditions.

This article describes the organizational and economic mechanism, which is represented as a set of organizational forms and economic methods to ensure competitiveness. The mechanism proposed for competitiveness in the form of a complex set of mechanisms, each of which is realized by means of certain methods of influence on competitiveness.

Unemployment, as macroeconomic phenomenon, common to all states. It was, it is now and it always will be, whether a state in the first place in development, or in the last place. It never will be avoided, the more, it would entail other negative economic phenomenon. But it is possible to control it, we just need some measures which must regulate the state.

In article regional trade in space of the Customs union, a problem of economy of Kazakhstan, become by a consequence of the Customs union is considered. The points of view of analysts on problems of the Tariff union are analysed and necessity of formation of Uniform economic space for the decision of problems of oil and gas sector of Kazakhstan, in particular the customs duties on oil is confirmed.

The article deals with the problems and prospects of the transport system development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a globalizing world towards the industrial-innovative development. The main provisions of the state regulation of the transport market of RK are nominated for the increase of its competitiveness in a globalized world.

There were basic changes in economy of the agrarian sector, connected with formation of the market relations in modern life. Effective and stable realization of made production becomes the major condition defining possibilities of implementation of processes of reproduction of activity of the agricultural enterprises. In this case, special importance for the producer in the agrarian sphere is gained by output and the services meeting requirements of end users and possessing steady solvent demand.

The occurrence of the small enterprises in an economic infrastructure of economy generates the new tendencies in development not only sphere of small business, but also as a whole in economy. One of such tendencies, as it was marked, became introduction of competitive technologies and formation of new system of communications.

The analysis of a condition of development of small business in republic for 1993-2011 years shows, that the enterprise sector has occupied one of conducting places in a society and in this sphere the certain positive results are achieved. However, despite of the achieved positive results, the sector of small business for the present does not use all existing potential and does not play the role, removed to him, in the decision of economic and social tasks.

Priority areas of work with staff allocated to improve training of public servants, the formation of the state apparatus, which owns the methods of strategic planning, improved selection, training and staff development.

In this article the state enterprise is considered as one of the most effective methods of state intervention in the market economy. It is defined the basic concepts and purposes of existence of the state enterprise. Particular attention is given to types of state-owned enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We analyzed world experience in creating and managing state-owned enterprises.

In this article, it is shown the today's situation on RK securities market. Dynamics of development of institutional infrastructure of securities market was considered. The full analysis was done.

Nowadays there are many actual problems connected with this subject. Some of them were presented in this work. In Kazakhstan it was observed a significant amount of defaults of issuers during the post-crisis period.The broker and dealer companies for half a year should increase the size of authorized capital almost in 4 times .Also there were presented the ways of solutions of these problems and prospect of further development of securities market.

In the given article is considered the activity of Central Security Depository of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a main design institute of securities market infrastructure. There is made the analysis of the activity of CSD of RK for 2005 – 2010. The main role in the development of activity of depository institute is the role of the development of operations with non – state securities.

In the article is taken the problem of functioning of CSD and especially of the usage of gross calculation system that does not meet the international standards at present. Also are considered the further prospects of the development of CSD of RK.

In the article examined a theoretical analysis of the definition of "banking crisis", given by various authors. The author of article systematized definitions of the banking crisis under the 5 criterias. In this research the definition of "a modern banking crisis" is given by author with three positions (micro-, meso- and maсro-).

This article describes methodical approaches on formation of the monetary capital. After investigating post-crisis activity of the Russian industrial enterprises the author concludes that enterprises should apply system approach to increase efficiency of the monetary capital management. This system approach should describe evaluation of requirements for attraction of financial sources and consequences of their attraction.

The Article is devoted to the analysis of the Russian model of the financial market, there the contradictions which have arisen in the course of its formation, and also development prospect are considered.

The questions of formation in Russia the international financial center as necessary condition of development of the financial market providing increase of efficiency of the Russian economy are analyzed.
