(creativity) only to some limit. This observation is used to justify the non-deterministic
nature of creativity. Much depends on the case, on the "supposedly" spontaneous
illumination, on the insight that overtakes the creator in a state of mind uncontrolled
by the intellect, namely, in a dream, and which is one of the key moments of the
creative process [14].
If we sum up all the attempts of numerous studies to formulate the main quality
of a creative personality to a common denominator, then the variety of formulations
boils down to one thought - that a creative person is a free person, and a free person is
a person who can be himself, hear his "I" [15].
Innovations in socio-cultural activities are the free creation of new things while
observing one of the basic system principles — the principle of continuity. It is an
integral system of knowledge, skills and experience of targeted training, integrated
implementation and comprehensive development of innovations while maintaining the
dynamic unity of the old, modern and new.
