The purpose of the study is to identify the main training factors of
the manifestation of muscle strength in arm wrestling. The article
presents the results of a study aimed at identifying the main training
factors of the manifestation of muscle strength in arm wrestling, as
an actual aspect of the sports training of arm wrestlers, the theoret-
ical justification of the significance of which still remains relevant.
Theoretical methods were used in the work, in particular, analysis,
interpretation and generalization. A number of leading factors that
allow regulating the processes of designing and organizing the train-
ing process of athletes- handlers have been identified. The analy-
sis of information sources and the author’s own pedagogical expe-
rience allowed us to substantiate the effectiveness of the develop-
ment of physical qualities, such as strength and speed, the ability to
determine the optimal vector of the application of the force impulse.
The conclusions formulated at the end of the study can be used as
a basis for the development of programs and methods of specialists
whose activities involve participation in the sports training of arm
wrestlers.
Keywords: arm wrestling, strength, speed, impulse, force impulse,
reaction, muscles.
