| Purpose of the research is to improve the social and psychological
technology of the development of preparation process of the education manager for innovative activity in terms of higher education establishments. In accordance with the purpose of the study were formulated the following
disclose the nature and concept innovative activity of the education manager in the conditions of higher education. identify the role of training of education managers in innovative activity, taking into consideration his socio-psychological aspects identify the availability of social and psychological barriers for education managers, that has a negative impact on innovative activity.
