| The object of the research were the managers of education in terms of
innovative activity of higher education institutions. Totally were observed 293
managers of education. The study was conducted at the leading scientific and
methodological center for retraining and improvement of training of teaching and
managerial personnel at MHSSE, Tashkent State Pedagogical University,
Samarkand State University, Namangan State University, and Namangan
engineering-technical University.
