To the question on increase of professional activity efficiency of the specialists, by the means of formation
of communicative competence
The high level formation of communicative competence of the experts will allow them effectively cooperate in
professional environment, realizing comfortable - psychological intercourse and various strategy and tactics fo-
cused on achievement of the compromise and cooperation in professional situations of intercourse. There is a point
of view that a base category of speech interaction is the communications, which proceeds between the people in the
form of intercourse as exchange of the messages. But there is also opposite treatment of a parity of concepts “inter-
course” and “communications”, in which basic category the intercourse is considered, and its structure is allocated:
the communications (information interchange), interaction (organization of interaction and influence), perception
(sensual perception(recognition) as a basis of mutual understanding). Thus, the concepts “intercourse” and “com-
munications” have both common and distinctive attributes. Common attributes are similarity with processes of an
exchange and transfer of the information and connection with language as by means of transfer of the information.
Their distinctive attributes are caused by distinction in volume of the contents of these concepts. Based on this facts,
we shall consider, that the in the greater measure is connected to the characteristics of oral - speech interpersonal
verbal and not verbal interaction of affective-estimated character realized in practical activity. The communications
represents the socially caused process of transfer and exchange of ideas and feelings between the people in various
spheres of their cognitive-labor and creative activity and is realized mainly through verbal means.
