Comparative analysis of arts students’ social competence formation in Russia and Kazakhstan (Basing on
Russian state social university and Kazakh national Kurmangazy conservatory)
This paper describes the conditions of social competence formation among students of creative disciplines,
based on a comparative analysis of pedagogical processes in Russian State Social University and Kazakh National
Kurmangazy Conservatory. The main differences and similarities in the social competences formation technique
applied in Russian practice and in the Republic of Kazakhstan are described. In conclusion, a final evaluation is giv-
en and several methods are considered in order to improve education practices on the subject of social competence
formation, at the current stage in Kazakhstan.
