In the given article the questions about changing to the coordinated social economy are considered.

The task of entering the Republic of Kazakhstan in the top fifty most competitive countries of the world, is of interest to study the experience of leaders. First in the ranking are small states in Western Europe. But these same countries in the late 80-ies last century were regarded as "- corporations placing their productions in the newly industrialized countries, first and second waves. The threat of loss of competitiveness and declining living standards, and demanded the necessity to change the scientific paradigm. The article deals with economic concepts, which allowed them a short time become the most prosperous in the world.

Success of the conducted reforms in Kazakhstan in a great deal depends on an able search and being of priority directions of industrial and regional politics, that to date was yet not to the end formed. Organization of the national system of economic clear zones, that while is not plugged in the list of priority tasks of Government, can one of positive steps become on the ways of transformation of economy. Meantime coming to a head requirement in all-round liberalization of economy, and also row of features Kazakhstan post of socialistic development, including ground to suppose that this question deserves greater to itself attention incomparably. Thus creation of the national system of economic clear zones in Kazakhstan requires the account of local specific and study of foreign experience.

It is reviewed the role of evaluation of research by impact factors of journals in which published its results. It is suggested the h-index of Hirsch as the evaluation of individual researchers. It is analyzed the development of scientific research in the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University on the basis of the indices.

The expected effect in the field of a demography consists in decrease in disease and death rate of children and the population at able-bodied age; in the field of agricultural population employment; expansion of a sphere of application of work on village and possibility of reception by agricultural population of additional incomes; in the field of personnel maintenance of an agricultural production.

The selection of priority directions of scientific-technical and innovation development is dictated by a global practice, and specific socio-economic and cultural-historical development of the country, the exigencies of the problems of the current phase. On the basis of the article analyzes the methods of formation and forecasting of development of science - technology and innovation can successfully identify the most priminimye model for the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This article presents ethical standards of conducting accountancy, ways of control and measure accepting by breach professional ethic. Except that, article describes principles of contemporary international ethical code, the theoretic peculiarity of ethic, experience of leading countries in the world in sphere of regulation and observances of ethical code rules. In the development of entrance tourism the main priority is the foundation and support of the country’s positive tourist image. So native tourism needs to start the creation of Kazakhstan’s image as a new tourist direction, using rich world’s experience and own enthusiasm. That’s why we need a developing infrastructure, professional specialists and state support of tourist organizations that is one of the most important aspects, but we do not need all these elements of a developing tourist branch without knowing our country worldwide.

On the whole, in the article analysed development of inbound, departure and internal tourism in Kazakhstan 2005-2011у. The conducted analysis allowed to educe the row of problems in tourist industry, and also to educe prospects for development of tourism in Republics of Kazakhstan. Economic and statistical data on development of tourism show up through the indexes of the money streams directed from a country and in a country, that is generated by a tourist export and import. The author of the article exposes that, tourism really applies on that, to become the third on a profitableness industrial industry in Kazakhstan.
