– Well-done, please. Oh, and may I have a side order of French fries as well?
– Certainly. Would you like another beer while you are waiting for your food?
– No thanks, I am OK for now.
– And how about you?
– Yes, please, I'll have another Martini with a twist.

– I am terribly sorry – I'll bring you a fresh order of green beans right away.
– Are you ready for some dessert? They have an entire dessert menu here.
– Here you go! And, again, I am very sorry about the beans. Your coffee and pie are on the house.
– We are splitting the bill, so could you put it on two credit cards?
