THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF ART-
THERAPEUTIC HEALTH-SAVING TECHNOLOGY
The modern educational process should be aimed at establishing humane relations 
between all its participants, mastering progressive emotional and value experience
ensuring the adaptation of the individual to the social and natural spheres, as well as 
promoting self-realization and development of the individual. To do this, it is necessary 
to create a socio-cultural general educational environment focused on the formation 
and strengthening of the physical, social and psychological state of health. The 
introduction of promising health-saving technologies into the educational process is, 
of course, relevant in the context of the targeted modernization of the modern 
educational school.

One of the main properties of the child's psyche is the desire to comprehend the 
world around us through active action. If from the first steps of learning to rely on the 
actions of the student, then his knowledge will be strong and productive, since such 
activities develop not only memory, but thinking and skill. It is well known that 
children love to make discoveries on their own. Simply put, they are not interested in 
ready-made truths; they are more willing to seek and find than to memorize. Hence the 
fully formed conclusion and the direct path to a kind of «game of perfect discoveries». 
The rational and emotional spheres of the child should well act as a whole. Turning 
only to one's rational beginning, of course, destroys, completely dries up the emotional 
richness of the child's nature, while promising studies of modern psychology 
convincingly prove that it is the state of emotional upsurge that increases memorization 
in the lesson many times over in comparison with pure logic.
Comprehensive evolutionary development of the child is the key goal of any type 
of general education school at the present stage. The second no less important goal is 
the formation of a global worldview of children, their moral, aesthetic ideas and beliefs. 
The third functionally developed task is the formation of creative (creative) fantasy as 
the ability to design, compose, and improvise. Thus, the formation of a healthy person 
in spiritual and physical terms is the main task of all health-saving general educational 
technological models and processes.
It is art, having a synthetic character and possessing (a lot has already been said 
about this before by leading practitioners in this branch of theoretical knowledge and 
practical skills) a health-preserving effect, which, of course, combines all forms of 
spiritual and physical activity of a person. It is this action that determines the true place 
of contemporary art in the formation of an individual. It is these qualitative 
characteristics and technical parameters of art that underlie the health-saving 
technology.
The improvement of children through contemporary art should, apparently, go 
hand in hand with their formation, education and upbringing of an appropriate culture
