allow humanizing and effectively carrying out various types of socio-pedagogical
activities. On the basis of existing approaches in pedagogical science, the structural
and functional components of the pedagogical culture of the future specialist of the
socio-cultural sphere are determined.
The structure of pedagogical culture is presented:
- a value-normative component - a set of values and norms that determine the
spiritual and developmental orientation of the impact and the measure of responsibility
in the process of implementing socio-cultural activities as a pedagogical process,
- a content and technological component, including a variety of directions of
socio-cultural activities, technologies, an arsenal of forms and methods used by a
specialist of socio-cultural activities for effective interaction,
- personal and creative component - the unity of the actual properties and
qualities of a professional's personality, ensuring his reference as a socio-cultural
leader, the effectiveness of influence in the process of socio-cultural activities, personal
and professional improvement,
The functions of the pedagogical culture of the future specialist of the socio-
cultural sphere are man-making, humanistic, axiological, cognitive-informational,
communicative, regulatory[10].
The goals and objectives for the formation of pedagogical culture are
determined by the qualification requirements for knowledge, skills, skills, professional
and personal qualities of a specialist in the cultural and leisure sphere, providing socio-
pedagogical, psychological and pedagogical, informational, organizational and
methodological assistance to the development of personality in the process of
production, interpretation, preservation and dissemination of cultural values, as well as
the management of these processes at the Federal and regional levels.
The success of the formation of the pedagogical culture of a student of the
University of Culture and Arts can be ensured by observing the following principles of
the integrity of the system of goals, methods, means, forms and conditions for the
formation of the pedagogical culture of the future specialist of the cultural and leisure
sphere, the gradual formation of pedagogical culture, motivational support for the
formation of the pedagogical culture of the future specialist, systematic, personal-
activity approaches in the formation of pedagogical culture, the unity of the system of
pedagogical influences and the process of self-development in the formation of the
