FORMATION OF FUTURE EDUCATION
PSYCHOLOGISTS TO DEVELOP A SAFE AND
COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT IN A GENERAL
EDUCATION ORGANIZATION

The article substantiates the position that the implementation of de-
sign activities in a general educational organization of a safe and
comfortable environment is one of the key functions of future educa-
tional psychologists. Given the high demand for its qualitative imple-
mentation, as well as its complexity and cost from a psychological
point of view, the task is to prepare future educational psychologists
to master this function. The readiness to design a safe and com-
fortable environment as a result of such preparation of the future
is based on modern ideas about safety, comfort, design activities
and is described in terms of value orientations, moral qualities and
emotional flexibility. Among the essential features of future peda-
gogical psychologists who have a formed readiness for this activity
is the ability to combine their design actions with other participants
in educational relations at school, as well as to professionally apply
technologies of an individual educational trajectory in pedagogical
work with different contingents of students. As pedagogical condi-
tions for the successful formation of the readiness of future educa-
tional psychologists to design a safe and comfortable environment,
it is proposed to use: ensuring the attitude of future educational psy-
chologists to their psychological health as a value, assisting future
educational psychologists in mastering the tools and means of form-
ing psychosocial without -dangers, using the potential of group su-
pervision while creating a favorable psychological climate.
