Abstract
The aim of work:
To find antioxidant
potential of the extracts of
populus and cistanche
Hypothesis:
Thans to the populus and cistanche are rich in andtioxydants, we let out medicinal
preparation in their basis7
Stages and steps of research:
Before doing this work we knew about reductive-oxidative reactions and we
have acquainted ourselves with the information about antioxidants. We carried out
the experimental part of our work in biochemical laboratory of “Medical Academy
of Astana”.
Stages of the research:
1.To find numerical values of polyphenols which are situated in the composition of
extracts of populus and cistanche .
2.To discover antiradical activity of extracts.
Methods
During this work, we made various reactions by the
chemical properties of
reagents. Also, we analyzed kinetics of the reactions.
To consider antioxydant activity being in extracts of plants by the method of
antiradical bases
Results, conclusion:
It is known that in the part of a populus and cistanche there is a considerable
quantity of
polyphenols, therefore they can be used as a kind of biological active
substances
