Research hypothesis:
in domestic companies, the grading system of remuneration as a tool for effective personnel management is successfully implemented if:
- development of a set of measures to implement the grading system in the remuneration system;

The study analyzed the market of the Eurasian economic Union with a link to the transport company "KIT". The analysis consisted of eight stages, and the research procedure was fully reviewed.
The experimental method was developed jointly with the expert Commission using the Badoev method in this company.
Research result:
Contributes to the creation of a basis for decision-making related to the optimization and motivation of work in Kazakhstan. In addition, the conclusions and recommendations made in the course of the study may be of interest to state and municipal employees, specialists, medium and large companies.
Novelty and degree of independence of the research: the
grading System is implemented in Kazakhstan only in the Akmola and Mangistau regions, so our research work on the development and implementation of the grading system for the Almaty region can be considered as a start-up project.
Results:
In the course of a study conducted at the transport company kit, it was found that the tariff system of remuneration is inefficient and causes dissatisfaction of employees and employees in General. Based on the survey data and analysis, changes were made to the remuneration system regarding the new grading system. Thus, the results of the study made new adjustments to the system of remuneration in the transport company "kit".
The results of the study can be used from a practical point of view in medium and large companies in Kazakhstan, state institutions.
