Жеке тұлғаның этномәдени көзқарасының қалыптасуындағы микроортаның этнопедагогикалық потенциалының рөлі Өзінің құрамы жағынан қазіргі уақыттағы қазақстандық полиэтникалық қоғам этникааралық қатынастарды тұрақтандыру саласындағы жұмыстың мәнін егжей-тегжейлі анықтауды талап етеді. Бұл процесте жетіліп келе жатқан тұлғаның этномәдениеттік көзқарасының қалыптану негізін анықтау аса маңызды. Микроорталық құрамы тұлғаның әлеуметтік байланысының өзегі болып табылады, оның агенттері тұлғаның дүние танымының дамуына, оның ішінде мәдениаралық өзара әрекет жасауды қабылдауға не болмаса қабылдамауға шешуші ықпал етеді. Индивидтің этномәдениетті толеранттық бағытта қалыптасуының нәтижелілігін көбіне микроортаның этнопедагогикалық потенциалын атап көрсету қамтамасыз етеді. Автор тұлғаны этномәдениеттік құндылықтар саласына бағыттау жұмысының мәнін анықтау процесінің барысында этномәдениеттік микроортаның этнопедагогикалық потенциалы диагностикалық құрамы ретінде назар аударуды сенімді көрсеткен. Мақалада этномәдени микроортаның этнопедагогикалық потенциалды анықтау мен өзектеу жұмыстың нақты мазмұны саласы көрсетілген. Muchtarova The role of ethnic pedagogical potential of the microenvironment in the formation of ethno-cultural position of the individual Modern multi-ethnic composition of Kazakhstan society requires detailed definition of the es-sence of work in the field of stabilization of inter-ethnic relations. The main role in this process is the determination of the basis for the formation of the individual ethno-cultural position. The microenvi-ronment as a component represents an actual social relations of personality, agents which decisively influence the development of her views, including acceptance or rejection of intercultural interaction. The selection of ethnic pedagogical potential of the microenvironment is largely ensures the effectiveness of the formation of ethnic social-tolerant orientation of the individual. The authors were able to prove the necessity of attention to ethnic pedagogical potential of ethno-cultural microenvironment as a diagnostic component in the process of determining the content of the work in the field of ethno-cultural value orientation of personality. The article presents the specific content of the work in identifying and updating ethnic pedagogical potential of ethno-cultural environment.
